Russia-Ukraine war won't end by buying or not buying Russian oil: Jaishankar on US sanctions

While responding to a question on US threat to impose sanctions on countries buying Russian oil amid Russia-Ukraine war, Foreign Minister S Jaishankar said, " This war...will not be solved because somebody is buying or not buying oil." "This conflict will be solved by dialogue...And that is why it is something we would encourage," he said during his Ukraine visit.
