CAQM modifies GRAP rules for Delhi-NCR

Commission for Air Quality Management has modified the GRAP rules. Under GRAP-I, inter-city and inter-state buses from Haryana, UP, Rajasthan and nearby states won't be allowed to enter Delhi-NCR, except electric, CNG and BS-VI diesel buses. Earlier, this restriction applied under GRAP-II. Exemption for BS-IV and older goods vehicles carrying essential items has been removed under GRAP-III and IV.
