After one year of Pahalgam terror attack, Congress criticised the central government, saying that Pakistan, which was isolated after 26/11 attack in Mumbai, has now acquired new global respectability. "This reflects the complete failure of the substance of the Prime Minister's foreign policy…Should he reset? Of course, yes. Will he reset? Most certainly he will not," the Congress leader said.
