France train derailment injures 44, sabotage suspected

A train carrying 186 passengers derailed in northwest France on Friday between Rouen and Caen, injuring 44 people. An 18-year-old was evacuated critically. Investigators suspect sabotage after a rail fragment was found on the track. The driver tested negative for drugs and alcohol. Rail traffic on the line has been suspended.
