Man declared murder victim in 2021 found alive in Delhi

Ravishankar Kumar, a Bihar man believed murdered in 2021, was found alive working at a Delhi fruit shop. Four people had been arrested and jailed for his alleged murder without a body being recovered. Kumar was spotted by a villager in Delhi and returned to Samastipur on Monday. Police will reinvestigate the case.
