Taliban soldiers disrupted the erecting of a security fence by Pakistani military at the international border between the two countries, said Afghan officials. This comes after a circulated video showed Taliban soldiers seizing a spool of concertina wire and warning Pakistani officials against fencing the border. Despite objections by Kabul, Pakistan has fenced 90% of the border.
