Solicitor General Tushar Mehta said the court is not a forum for theatrics, while adding that if ex-Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal wants to argue for himself in liquor policy case, he should first discharge his lawyer. "I filed the recusal application as per HC procedure," Kejriwal said in the Delhi High Court. He sought recusal of Justice Swarana Kanta Sharma.
