Supreme Court asked West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee how TMC would respond if it were at the Centre and another outfit hindered a central probe. It rejected Bengal government's argument which said ED is not a ‘person’ under Article 32. "Do ED officers cease to be citizens of India merely because they serve in the agency," the court responded.
