Reacting to Team India's T20I series losses to Ireland and England, former captain Sunil Gavaskar said there was "plenty of honest introspection needed". However, he added that there is "no need to press the emergency button" as yet. "It's mandatory that if a player is an average fielder, he has to be shown the door," Gavaskar further stated.
