Man gets 20 years for Texas Killing Fields death

James Dolphs Elmore Jr., 61, was sentenced to 20 years in prison by a Galveston County jury for manslaughter in the 1986 death of 16-year-old Laura Miller, found in the infamous 'Texas Killing Fields' near Houston. Elmore was convicted of preparing the cocaine dose administered to Miller by Clyde Hedrick, who died by suicide before trial.
