What is the 'inside story' of Amit Malviya's removal as BJP IT cell chief?

Amit Malviya, who headed the BJP IT cell for 11 years, himself expressed a desire to leave the top job many times and discussed it with BJP leadership after the 2019 and 2024 Lok Sabha polls, NDTV reported. It added that due to Malviya's young age, it wasn't feasible for him to become national VP or a secretary.
