Delhi Health Minister Saurabh Bhardwaj rejected reports claiming a prosecution sanction against Arvind Kejriwal in the excise policy case, stating that no such sanction has been issued. He said, "I am shocked...don't they have the basic knowledge that prosecution sanction is required to prosecute a chief minister or a minister?" Bhardwaj called it part of a political conspiracy.
