US Consulate General in Pakistan's Peshawar has temporarily suspended operations effective March 2 after protests over Iran Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei's killing in US-Israeli strikes. "Due to continued disruptions and traffic diversions around US Consulates General in Karachi and Lahore, both have cancelled all appointments for US visas and US Citizen Services on March 3," a statement read.
