IMD warns of new deep depression over Andaman Sea

IMD reported a deep depression over the north Andaman Sea and Myanmar coast on September 28, expected to cross Myanmar coast by evening and move toward Bangladesh. No cyclone threat was indicated. Meanwhile, over 73,000 people were affected in Odisha by earlier rains, and more than 56 people died in Uttar Pradesh amid flood-like conditions.
