What did NCLT say while staying Chandra's ₹6.5-cr repayment plan?

Insolvency tribunal NCLT has put Zee founder Subhash Chandra's ₹6.5-crore repayment plan to settle ₹22,000-crore debt on hold. The special bench said the tie-breaker judge’s approval was neither the final nor majority view and could not take effect. President Justice Anupinder Singh Grewal said the tribunal wanted to examine the matter's scope and hear all parties, including opposing creditors.
