New Android malware that survives factory resets infects millions of devices

A new Android malware dubbed "NoVoice" has infected at least 2.3 million devices through more than 50 apps on the Google Play Store, BleepingComputer reported. The malware, which can survive factory resets, exploits old vulnerabilities to gain root access, steal data and inject malicious code into apps. Google has removed the apps and advised users to keep their devices updated.
