Saiyami Kher recently participated in Ironman Triathlon in Germany, becoming the first Indian actress to finish the competition. Sharing her experience, she said, "The swim was very cold at 8 degrees...I got lost in the second 45 kilometres." The triathlon covers a total distance of 70.3 miles, consisting of a 1.2-mile swim, a 56-mile bike ride, and a 13.1-mile run.
