Civil Aviation Minister Rammohan Naidu Kinjarapu visited Tata Advanced Systems Limited facility in Gujarat, where the first Made-in-India C-295 military transport aircraft are being built. Calling the project "truly special", he said India is steadily moving towards a future where people will fly in Made in India civil aircraft. The aircraft conducted its first test flight in June.
