Congress MP slaps party's woman MP; video surfaces

A video purportedly showing Congress MP Shyamkumar Barve lightly slapping fellow party's woman MP Pratibha Dhanorkar has surfaced online. The incident took place while Congress MPs were travelling on a bus during the party's 'Vote Bachao, Desh Bachao' rally in Delhi on November 1. Dhanorkar denied that Barve had slapped her, saying it was a playful gesture.
