West Bengal BJP leaders on Sunday held a protest in South 24 Parganas over alleged rape and murder of a 9-year-old girl. A video showing police pushing the protesting BJP leaders was shared by ANI. "Police are trying to suppress democratic agitation. And this has brought democracy in the state to an end," state party chief Sukanta Majumdar said.
