Sports teacher Sandip Singh Chib has transformed Ramban into a hub for female boxing talent by providing free training, equipment, and mentorship through his academy. Over five years, he trained nearly 1,000 children, mostly girls, whose consistent victories at UT and national levels have boosted sports culture and empowered young women through boxing.
