Manoj Jarange launches indefinite hunger strike over Maratha quota

Maratha quota activist Manoj Jarange on Saturday began an indefinite hunger strike demanding that the Maharashtra government immediately issue Kunbi caste certificates to the Maratha community based on 58 lakh identified Kunbi records. Jarange accused CM Devendra Fadnavis of holding a “grudge” against Maratha community. He also alleged that Deputy CM Eknath Shinde was quietly supporting Fadnavis.
