France's Army Chief Fabien Mandon said on Tuesday that the US is becoming "increasingly unpredictable" but remains an ally. He added, "We ‌were surprised by an American ally...[They don't] even bother ​to inform us when they decide to launch ​military operations." Mandon said this unpredictability from the US is impacting France's security and national interests.
