How does WhatsApp’s new bill payment feature work?

Users can pay household bills on WhatsApp by tapping the ₹ icon on the home screen. They can select a bill category, choose a biller and enter the required account details. WhatsApp fetches the bill for review before payment. Users can pay through UPI, debit or credit cards without leaving the app.
