India Women head coach Ramesh Powar has said managing the workload of 39-year-old pacer Jhulan Goswami would be important as the side wants her to be at her peak in World Cup 2022. Jhulan, who is the all-time leading wicket-taker in women's ODIs, is part of the 15-member team for five-match ODI series against New Zealand and the World Cup.
