New cat species discovered for 1st time in 100 years

For the first time in over 100 years, a new cat species previously unknown to science has been identified. The cat, which is called Tilcayo by local communities in Bolivia, has been named Leopardus tilcayo. The cat is smaller than an average domestic cat and weighs around 3 pounds. It is slender, has spots, and has rounded ears.
